What we do: we find a home that fits your business, negotiate with the landlord and get the lease ready for you to sign.

How the fee works: our fee is in the mid four figures, paid up front to start the search. It pays for the search, not a guaranteed house. The first month’s rent is waived, and you cover the security deposit once the lease is signed. The fee can be split into payments, and the search starts once the final payment clears.
