Here's exactly how our fee works.

Our fee is in the mid four figures, paid up front to start the search. It covers finding the right home, negotiating with the landlord and getting the lease ready to sign. You're paying for the search, not a guaranteed house.

The first month's rent is waived. You cover the security deposit once the lease is signed. The fee can be split into payments, and the search starts once the final payment clears.

Book a call only when you're financially ready to pay the fee.
